Mr. Domenic DeCaria, Vice President – Regulatory and Technical Affairs, The Vinyl Institute

Joining the Vinyl Institute in 2019 and a chemical engineer by education, Domenic is currently helping the Vinyl Institute to navigate the EPA TSCA process, as well as the United Nations negotiations to establish an international treaty to end plastic waste. He also serves on various committees developing   board member of a Cleveland-based water stewardship organization, “Drink Local - Drink Tap”.
